Tossed in melted butter and spiced sugar, the gnocchi are air-fried until crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, then finished with an extra coating of sugar for good measure. Served warm with a side of rich chocolate sauce for dipping, these sweet little doughnuts are an irresistible treat for afternoon tea, dessert, or anytime cravings strike. No deep fryer, no fuss—just pure, sugary delight.

Ingredients
1 packet of Otway Pasta gnocchi
40g of unsalted butter
3 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup of chocolate sauce
Instructions
Place gnocchi in a large bowl. Add butter and toss to coat. Add cinnamon and 1/4 cup of sugar and toss to evenly coat.
Line a 5L air fryer basket with baking paper. Cook gnocchi in 2 batches at 200 degrees for 8 minutes or until brown. Transfer to bowl. Add remaining sugar and toss to coat.
Serve gnocchi doughnuts with chocolate sauce and enjoy!
