Our Story
It all started with a simple need: quick, wholesome food my family would love.
As a full-time stay-at-home dad, I had a passion for meals that were nutritious, tasted amazing, and could be prepared without fuss. Pasta quickly became my go-to. Over 10 years ago, I began making pasta from scratch at home, using only the freshest "true" free-range eggs and the best flour I could find. My family loved it, and so did I.
Before long, I was making big batches and freezing them, a convenient option for busy nights. But when my trusty little pasta machine gave out, I found myself searching online and came across a 40-year-old commercial machine. I had to have it.
Soon, I was churning out far more pasta than we could eat. I started sharing it with friends and neighbours, and they couldn’t get enough. "You should sell this," they kept saying. I laughed it off. "No way," I told them. "I don't have time for that."

Fast forward 10+ years, and here we are. What started in my back shed has grown into a thriving business. Our pasta now makes its way to tables across Australia and internationally.
