Fresh Rigatoni is all about texture—chunky tubes with ridged sides that grab onto sauce like nothing else. We make ours at Otway Pasta Company with Australian durum wheat and free-range eggs, then shape it to stand up to the heartiest of dishes.

Refrigerate at 4 degrees. Once opened store in an airtight container and use within 3 days. Fresh pasta is suitable for freezing, freeze prior to use by date.
