Fresh Pasta

Fettuccine

Fettuccine is a flat, ribbon-like pasta that is slightly wider than linguine, designed to pair perfectly with rich, creamy sauces. Originating from Italy, it is often associated with classic dishes like Fettuccine Alfredo, where its broad surface allows sauces to cling beautifully. Its firm yet tender texture provides a satisfying bite, making it ideal for both light and hearty sauces, from simple butter and Parmesan to robust meat or mushroom-based preparations.

There’s a reason fettuccine is a classic—and when it’s made fresh, it’s on a whole other level. At Otway Pasta Company, our Fresh Fettuccine is rolled to the perfect thickness using premium Australian durum wheat and free-range eggs, delivering a silky, golden ribbon with just the right bite.

It’s a natural fit for creamy sauces, slow-simmered ragùs, or even something simple like olive oil and parmesan. Elegant, versatile, and made with care, our fettuccine turns a humble dinner into something deeply satisfying.
