Air- Fryer Cinnamon Gnocchi Doughnuts

Ingredients: 

1 packet of Otway Pasta gnocchi

40g of unsalted butter 

3 tsp of cinnamon

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup of chocolate sauce

 

 

Instructions:

1. Place gnocchi in a large bowl. Add butter and toss to coat. Add cinnamon and 1/4 cup of sugar and toss to evenly coat. 

2. Line a 5L air fryer basket with baking paper. Cook gnocchi in 2 batches at 200 degrees for 8 minutes or until brown. Transfer to bowl. Add remaining sugar and toss to coat. 

3. Serve gnocchi doughnuts with chocolate sauce and enjoy!
